At FLAIR Fútbol, we want you to play with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any unworn gear in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure every athlete finds the perfect fit and performance level for their game.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is kept within its original branded box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
